Dry Brushing

Let's talk about self care. It's often the one thing that's often neglected, right?

As a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I highly recommend dry brushing. Oh and adding a few drops of my favorite Cellular Complex Essential Oil Blend directly on your brush (known as DDR Prime) for a supreme gift to give your body.

Above is my dry brush, along with my fur baby Jagger being nosy. Haha.

Benefits of dry brushing:

•Dry skin brushing stimulates your lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification; when your lymphatic system is not working properly, waste and toxins can build up and make you sick

•Dry skin brushing also boosts your circulation, exfoliates your skin, may reduce cellulite, and offers both stress relief and invigoration

Directions: •Choose a dry skin brush with firm natural bristles and brush once or twice a day for optimal results

•You should use gentle pressure while brushing (toward your heart); your skin should be pink (but not red) after a session

Benefits of DDR Prime: (must have!) •Supports healthy cellular integrity by helping to reduce oxidative stress •Supports healthy cellular function and metabolism •Protects the body and cells from oxidative stress

I add a couple drops to my brush and start dry brushing!
