Green Immune Tea

This will be one of those rare rare moments where I admit I have a sore throat. I know. This is what happens when I tell my story of feeling amazing all the time and that i'm never under the weather. Hmm... so I decided to make this tea that I normally drink frequently and i'm already feeling better! Ingredients:

  • Organic Green Tea of your choice

  • 1 cup warm/hot water

  • 3 drops of lemon essential oil

  • 1 tsp of raw honey (I used raw Alaskan honey)

  • dash of ginger (optional)

The combination of these ingredients really help boost the immune system and support circulation of blood. It also helps toxins that are stagnant to release from the body. You can use organic lemon but if you have the essential oil, I urge you to really try it. Please make sure it's 100% PURE essential oil - this is absolute key. Lastly, the kicker here, Cayenne Pepper (obsessed!) helps break up the mucus in the body - I am feeling it!
