I don't know about you but I love feeling my absolute best. I have led and coached group and solo detox's for several years now, each time being a special experience. Not sure how a detox can benefit you? Here are some ways (done healthy, no liquid fasts!):
1. Remove toxins from the bod (the bad shit!)
When the body has toxins, especially over a long period of time, it can affect the metabolism, immune system and lead to disease. It's important that we remove this toxic waste from the tissues and cells in our body.
2. Prevent chronic disease.
