Welcome to Glow To Elite!

Congrats for choosing to make the committment to yourself to take your business to the next level. If you are feeling excited, nervous or not sure how to juggle it all, it's totally normal! We all have certain feelings when we embark on something new, this is no different. Have fun with this and know that your mentor has been in your shoes, we all have and we know how to best support you! Whether or not your mentor is in your local area, this is possible for you to be successful and do this. It's up to you to do the work.

Be Organized:

If you like to have materials printed, I suggest getting a binder with dividers and keeping your weekly tasks in there along with anything else in this program. All the materials will be located in a dropbox folder for easy access. You will be able to print these, keep copies and have a link directly to the materials. It's all up to you as you are the CEO of your business. 

​

Mentorship:

It's vital you stay close and connected to your mentor. They will be your guiding light throughout this program. Get connected with them every week, same day and time. Make it important, mark it on your calender like it's a doctor's appointment. Do not miss these. Build a relationship with this person, text them, update them weekly, ask questions and don't be afraid to reach out. They are here to LEAD and GUIDE you. They want you to succeed.

To become a true leader and be successful, you must be proactive and do the work. No one will do it for you. If your mentor is local, they can teach your first class for you. If they aren't local, it's totally okay! You will have tons of resources to help you teach your own and you can also have your mentor do a zoom class or 3 way call with you. Having a non-local mentor is super common and Wellness Advocates all over the world are still able to enroll people and build this business.

2 Simple Class Options:

​

1. Edge Success System - (recommended) This is what we are using and duplicating to teach classes on Team Glow. If you do not want to buy the entire system, make sure you are at least ordering these items: My Oil Class tear pad, doTERRA Wholesale Price List, Wellness Advocate Agreements, Enrollment Kit Options, Membership and Business Overviews. 
 

2. Class in a Box - This is produced by doTERRA and is on your back office which is how you will order it. Leaders on the team do buy this additionally as it comes with 10 5ml Wild Orange Essential Oil and great to give out to your invites. You don't have to, it's only an option.
